- Monthly telecons are tentatively scheduled in the third week of each month and are subject to change. Each telecon will last ~ 2 hours, depending on the number of the presentations.
- Two full team meetings will be held each year: one on the Sunday before CEDAR, open publicly including to students and post-docs; the other in the middle of October, open only to PI and Co-Is of the team.

5. June 18th: Full team meeting in conjunction with CEDAR.
6. tentatively between July 17 – 21st: Telecon; Presented by the observation group.
7. tentatively between Aug. 21 – 25th: Telecon; Presented by the simulation group.
8. tentatively between Sept. 17 – 21st: Telecon; Presented by the neutral density & satellite drag group.
9. Oct. 16 – 20th: Full team meeting at Washington DC.
